Open a support ticket and choose the category that fits:
- Download problem — tell us the tool, its version and your operating system.
- Purchase & licence — include the transaction ID of your payment.
- Bug report — what you did, what happened and what you expected.
- Feature request — ideas for new tools or improvements.
- Advertising — sponsored listings and ad placements.
- Other — anything else, including account questions.
Tickets keep the whole conversation in one place, and you can follow it from your account.
